At Bethesda Health, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee our nursing staff and ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care. Job Summary

The successful candidate will have at least two years of long-term care supervisory experience and three to five years of long-term care experience or similar nursing experience. As a Nurse Manager at Bethesda Health, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, delegating tasks, and maintaining professional standards in a supportive teamwork environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff members
  • Maintain professional standards and quality of care
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports
  • Liaise with other departments and healthcare professionals as needed
