Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing internal controls, financial reporting, operational efficiency, and business systems primarily within U.S. operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough evaluations of internal controls and compliance.
  • Presenting findings to various levels of management.
  • Engaging in special projects and operational assessments.
  • Defining objectives and scope for controls testing, including risk analysis.
  • Coordinating with external auditors and managing audit-related tasks.
  • Analyzing processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.

The successful candidate will also assist in the review of IT systems and data integrity, contribute to departmental planning, and participate in special projects such as investigations and acquisitions.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in auditing, preferably with a background in public accounting.
  • Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA are preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analytics is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior management.
