We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our team in post-acute care. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership and direction to our team of clinicians in skilled nursing facilities in the Olympia, Washington area.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical direction and oversight to our clinicians in skilled nursing facilities
  • Develop and implement care plans for patients in post-acute care settings
  • Collaborate with facility leaders and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Conduct clinical case reviews and provide guidance to our clinicians
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Active and unrestricted Washington license
  • Active and unrestricted DEA
  • Minimum of six months of primary care experience
  • Post-acute care experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a productivity-based model with uncapped earning potential. Our compensation is estimated to be $216,000 annually. This part-time role is not benefit eligible.
