Job Title: IT QA Analyst

Alta It Services is seeking a skilled IT QA Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Regression team, you will be responsible for performing manual and automated testing, enhancing our existing test suite, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases and scripts based on software requirements
  • Develop and maintain Automated Test Frameworks for front and back-end systems/applications
  • Write and execute manual and automated tests, including end-to-end Test Automation tests
  • Analyze test results and provide meaningful reports to the team
  • Maintain software testing artifacts and collaborate with the development team on big fix verification and validation
Requirements:
  • 4 years' experience in software testing
  • 4 years' experience in industry, including experience in Agile Software Development and TSO/SQL knowledge
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Preferred Skills:
  • Automation testing, Selenium
