Job Summary

At ResCare Community Living, we are seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients.

About the Role

As a Caregiver Specialist, you will be responsible for performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring. You will also assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates, ensuring client safety, and encouraging self-help activities. Additionally, you will accompany clients to scheduled appointments and maintain accurate records of their care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid driver's license, and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, internal and external. You should also be able to work in a group home, home-like setting.
