At AtWork Group, our client is a leading international Aerospace company that designs and manufactures critical components used in aircraft flight decks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously improve products and processes, and participate in quality improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure timely delivery to customers by maintaining productivity and adhering to department schedules.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and eliminate unnecessary expenses.
  • Satisfy internal and external customer needs by responding to requests, understanding requirements, and building strong, productive relationships.
  • Perform operations in battery packs, ISP silkscreen, final assembly, and wire assembly.
  • Insert components into circuit boards and prepare parts for soldering.
  • Perform edge painting operations on lenses for pushbuttons and assemble pushbuttons.
  • Build and test switches in ISP.

Requirements:
  • Pass a pre-employment eye exam.
  • Requires six (6) months of previous experience as an electronic assembler or completed training in electronic assembly classes.
  • Pass drug testing and background checking.
