Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational support to patients on infusion techniques and ongoing support to ensure adherence to therapy and connection to relevant support services.
  • Deliver disease state and product-related educational support to healthcare professionals, as agreed upon by the client and Client Account Manager.
  • Present educational programs to healthcare professionals, tailored to the needs of each office.
  • Collaborate with client sales forces to identify and remove access barriers for patients.
  • Present patient status updates to healthcare professionals on educational support provided.
  • Utilize approved materials, without modification, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Attend and complete required training courses and competency assessments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Explore innovative approaches to develop new partnership opportunities.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities, including daily updates, weekly activity reports, emails, and monthly expense reports.
  • Maintain professional registration and/or licensing, as required by applicable state laws.
  • Attend local and national meetings and conferences to stay informed and exchange knowledge with the team.
  • Comply with company policies, client policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse with current state license.
  • Associates Degree/Bachelors/BSN or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in disease state working in Allergy-Immunology, preferred.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry as a clinical educator or in sales, preferred.
  • Product Education (MOA, infusion training, wastage and handling, dose modification) required.
  • Demonstrate effective and professional communication.
  • Ability to present to various groups, including physicians and office staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Demonstrable organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with high personal motivation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Evidence of continual professional development and a desire to update professional knowledge base regularly.
