Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting. As a RN, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for residents. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring that each resident receives comprehensive and compassionate care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted interventions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel, ensuring that each resident receives safe and effective care
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice, with multistate licensure a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
