Job Summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement patient care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
