We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan Society. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion within our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor resident conditions and report any changes or concerns to the physician or other members of the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes
What We Offer

At Good Samaritan Society, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
