We are seeking an experienced Telecom Enterprise Architect to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our architecture team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Telecom Enterprise Sales, CRM, Billing, and Network Inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create data architecture artifacts to assess the current state and interim states for 'in rest' and 'in motion' product data architecture.
  • Define and maintain logical data models for all Spectrum Enterprise Products.
  • Provide architecture artifacts to key projects, including Enterprise Product Catalog, Configure Price Quote, Ordering Management, and more.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business outcomes with improvements to current systems or with new systems being implemented.
  • Provide alternative roadmaps with clearly articulated pros and cons and provide architecture recommendations for the best approach.
  • Define processes to ensure data quality and consistency for product onboarding and for product ordering.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience within a cable/telco company with a good understanding of the business.
  • 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Architecture, with the ability to understand system details, analyze systems data, and provide data-driven architecture recommendations.
  • 5+ years of experience with BSS/OSS systems.
  • 1+ years of experience working with modeling tools; open to any tools, with a preference for Erwin.
  • Knowledge of architecture standards, such as TOGAF or Zachman.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • TOGAF certification.
  • Erwin knowledge.
  • Knowledge with Salesforce.
