Long Island Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented GA Quality Assessor to join our team on a part-time basis. With a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, this role plays a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of service and quality that we are known for.

This per diem position is integral to evaluating and analyzing the quality of services and processes within our organization. As a Quality Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting regular assessments, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with various service providers to enhance overall quality. You will also be tasked with staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution. They will have a proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives and familiarity with intellectual and developmental disabilities services is preferred. Experience in conducting quality assessments and audits, as well as prior experience with travel and on-site assessments, is also highly valued.

We offer a competitive annual salary starting at $25,000, with a per diem for travel-related expenses. Job Requirements
