Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience
Job DescriptionThis challenging role requires a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and SQF Code principles. You will monitor finished product specifications, enforce compliance, and conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor operation for compliance to Company's quality assurance and food safety policies.
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, GMP.
- Monitor finished product specifications and enforce compliance.
You will also be responsible for resolving product quality, health, and safety issues, communicating with management on a regular basis, and providing technical assistance to Operations as required.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of food manufacturing operations and GMP principles.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- Detail-oriented analytical skills and effective communication and report writing skills.
- The ability to read, write, and understand policies and guidelines, specifications, and safety standards.
- Record-keeping, process improvement, and analyzing information skills.
