Key Responsibilities- Configure, maintain, and optimize the ServiceMax system to support efficient field services and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Rapiscan Systems standards are adhered to and executed consistent with company direction.
- Develop and implement system configurations to meet business requirements.
- Manage user profiles, permissions, and access control.
- Handle data imports, exports, and data quality.
- Associates degree required; years of experience may substitute in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years experience using Sales Force and/or Service Max desired.
- ServiceMax Administrator Certification preferred; relevant Salesforce certifications a plus.
- Excellent customer interface and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft office products such as Word and Excel.
- Willingness to work overtime as requested and non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be a team player with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
