  • Ensuring that all residential units are completed within established budgets, timelines, and project specifications.
  • Coordinating and scheduling subcontractors while nurturing positive working relationships.
  • Overseeing community assets, conducting quality control inspections, ordering construction supplies, and managing customer interactions efficiently.

Ideal Candidates Should Possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain robust partnerships.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • Experience in construction or customer service (preferred).
