Job Summary:This is a per diem opportunity that offers flexibility and variety in your work schedule. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient vital signs and other relevant data to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- 1 year of supervised experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting in the Telemetry unit.
- CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Current NIHSS certification.
- Current MAB/CPI/S.A.A.M. certification.
- Current LA Fire Card.
- Active RN License through the California Board of Registered Nursing.
