Surgical Oncology Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Providence Saint John's Health Center is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its team in Surgical Oncology. As a key member of our mission-driven team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional healthcare to patients in coastal Santa Monica, CA.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting with occasional inpatient rounding at Providence Saint John's.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans in consultation with attending physicians.
- Perform surgical procedures, including assisting with surgeries and providing post-operative care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Minimum 1 year of surgical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A competitive salary range of $154,124.00 to $201,522.00 per year, with opportunities for productivity bonuses and incentives.
