KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role encompasses the following duties:

  • Implement communication protocols for any deviations in processes or materials.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.
SKILL SET:
  • Assemble components and materials.
  • Interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
  • Thoroughly clean components.
  • Discuss work progress with supervisors.
  • Examine wiring setups, assemblies, and circuits.
  • Construct electrical or electronic systems and install various components using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Label components accurately.
  • Adjust or repair electrical devices as necessary.
  • Rectify defects in assemblies.
  • Conduct tests to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Manufacture products such as electric motors, computers, and electronic control systems.
  • Engage in manual assembly for small-scale production of electronic devices utilized in various sectors.
  • Modify electromechanical devices as required.
  • Fabricate or alter parts using shop tools.
  • Ensure dimensions and tolerances of parts align with blueprint specifications using precision instruments.
  • Install or replace components on printed circuit boards.
  • Evaluate functional performance.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong mechanical skills

• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven

• Self-starter capable of working with moderate supervision

• Driven by personal success
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • This position involves exposure to areas requiring personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and steel-toed footwear.
  • Typical working conditions include standard ambient temperatures and manufacturing lighting.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability to sit or stand as necessary.
  • Frequent standing and walking on level surfaces throughout the workday.
  • Engage in reaching, pushing, pulling, or lifting as required within company guidelines.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Exhibit professionalism, adaptability, critical thinking, and creativity.
  • Ability to learn and perform under pressure while meeting deadlines.
