We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Allergan Aesthetics. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans that align with our business objectives, focusing on HCP marketing and nonpersonal promotional activities for AlloDerm Regenerative Tissue Matrix and Revolve Advanced Adipose System.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gain customer insights and detect emerging market trends that inform our brand planning.
- Competitive Landscape Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and analyze sales and marketing data to inform strategies and tactics.
- External Engagement: Manage external industry conferences and engage with external customers to build relationships and drive business growth.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure high-quality sales support, including new product introductions, sales training programs, and regular communication.
- Digital Strategy: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute digital strategies, including website and social media.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge by regular review of the literature, co-traveling with field sales personnel, attending surgeries, and society meetings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-7+ years of marketing experience in the medical device industry, with 3-5 years of experience in leading independent projects.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong collaboration and team orientation, experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, and demonstrated leadership skills.
