Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Promotion of Pizza Products: Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions to customers, both in-store and over the phone.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun within the store, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Operational Tasks: Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers, and demonstrate the ability to speak and write clearly, with comprehension of using a computer-based order entry system.
