We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Manager Leader to join our team at ResCare Community Living. In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care management programs, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing staff, budgets, and resources. They will also possess a strong understanding of disability services and community living principles.

We offer a competitive salary of $67,724.80 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Job Description:

  • Staff Supervision: You will oversee a team of care managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they deliver high-quality care to our clients.
  • Budget Management: You will be responsible for managing program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Client Care: You will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans that promote their physical, social, and emotional well-being.
  • Program Development: You will contribute to the development of new care management programs, ensuring they align with our organization's mission and values.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Social Science is required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in care management or a related field, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Certifications: Must meet agency requirements for pre-employment and may be required to be certified as a Food Service Director based on geographical location.
