Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Leader

Seattle Children's is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Leader to join our team. As a member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, family-centered care to critically ill children.
About the RoleThis is a 0.75-0.9 FTE position with night shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) or cardiac intensive care unit (CICU) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a nurse leader who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork.

Salary and Benefits- The estimated salary for this position is $47.60 - $89.80 per hour, based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).

- A minimum one year nursing experience is required, preferably in a PICU or CICU setting.
- A current Washington State RN License is required, or other current state license that the RN is required to work in.
- BLS certification is required for all positions, PALS certification may be accepted in lieu of BLS.
