Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Texas or compact state license.
  • One year of experience in an acute care setting, preferably in ICU or critical care.
  • BSN degree or higher preferred.
  • Current BLS certification and any unit-specific certifications required.
