Key Responsibilities
  • Community Resident Care Support
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files and records
    • Enter resident information into the Eldermark database in a timely manner
    • Notify the Executive Director of resident annual assessments and ISPs due
    • Generate and update service check-off sheets as needed
    • Provide timely and accurate information to residents and their families
  • Community Human Resources Support
    • Setup and maintain accurate HR files for team members
    • Complete pre-hire assessments and process payroll according to MCE procedures
    • Document and enter employee changes in a timely manner using PAFs
    • Assist with hiring and pre-hire process, including new hire orientation
  • Grocery and Supplies Management
    • Coordinate menu and recipe planning
    • Generate grocery lists and conduct inventory of houses and campus supplies
    • Purchase and deliver necessary supplies to houses
  • Business Office Support

This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends, to meet staffing requirements.
