Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and self-driven critical thinker to join our Strategic Technology and Transformation Office as a Principal Operational Strategy Advisor.
This role plays a crucial part in leveraging data and business acumen to advise and drive strategic decision-making, optimize processes, and improve overall performance within the Information Services department.
The ideal candidate will analyze and interpret complex data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decisions across multiple teams throughout the Information Services department.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Insights: Design and conduct studies that require advanced empirical methods or mixed quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods.
- Strategic Planning and Resource Allocation: Leverage data-driven insights to guide strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Predictive Modeling and Performance Measurement: Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends, anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within Information Services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT leaders, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Communication and Presentation: Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders, including senior management and executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, business (economics or finance preferred), or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in a client-facing environment interacting with senior and executive leadership at the department and organization level.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to apply quantitative reasoning skills to approach complex problems systematically; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions; proficiency in statistical analysis tools and financial modeling software; solid understanding of business strategy and familiarity with IT operating models.
Estimated Salary: $104,000 - $186,160 per year
