Postdoctoral Research Fellow

We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team at the Mount Sinai Health System. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will be involved in translational research projects that study host-pathogen interactions and host-vaccine responses in preclinical animal models.
Responsibilities:- Conduct research in BSL2/3/3+ facilities with SARS-CoV-2 and influenza virus
- Develop and implement serological assays (ELISA, microneutralization assays, ADCC assays, ADCP assays)
- Perform cellular mediated immunity assays (ELISPOT, flow cytometry)
- Assist with multi-OMICS data acquisition and analysis
- PhD required
- Experience with handling mice in BSL2 environments
- Sample preparation for OMICS data generation
- Experience with serological assays (ELISA) and single cell techniques (flow cytometry, RNA seq)
