Essential Responsibilities

  • Assist in reconciling and maintaining accounts for multiple units within the Knowledge Enterprise.
  • Update and adjust various financial records and logs, including journals and accounting adjustments.
  • Ensure accuracy in amounts and accounting codes on business documents.
  • Balance entries and implement necessary corrections.
  • Conduct weekly verifications of P-Card transactions and reconcile assigned P-Cards.
  • Maintain documentation files for reconciliation purposes.
  • Collaborate with cashiering to process deposits.
  • Support the review and processing of staff reimbursement requests.
  • Assist in processing supplier invoices and payments against active Purchase Orders.
  • Compile routine numerical data for reporting purposes, either manually or through automated reports.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and draft changes to procedures and work instructions.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.
