Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in reconciling and maintaining accounts for multiple units within the Knowledge Enterprise.
- Update and adjust various financial records and logs, including journals and accounting adjustments.
- Ensure accuracy in amounts and accounting codes on business documents.
- Balance entries and implement necessary corrections.
- Conduct weekly verifications of P-Card transactions and reconcile assigned P-Cards.
- Maintain documentation files for reconciliation purposes.
- Collaborate with cashiering to process deposits.
- Support the review and processing of staff reimbursement requests.
- Assist in processing supplier invoices and payments against active Purchase Orders.
- Compile routine numerical data for reporting purposes, either manually or through automated reports.
- Identify areas for process improvement and draft changes to procedures and work instructions.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one year of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities.
