Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at one of our outpatient dialysis centers. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conducting patient observations, measuring vital signs, and setting up dialysis machines
  • Working closely with patients and their families to educate them on their treatment plans and provide emotional support

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of dialysis experience
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Estimated Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year
