Resumen del Puesto:
Estamos en búsqueda de un Especialista en Operaciones de Almacén, meticuloso y orientado a los detalles, para unirse a nuestro equipo. El Especialista en Operaciones de Almacén será responsable de procesar, empaquetar y preparar productos para su envío. Este rol requiere habilidades organizativas sólidas, atención al detalle y la capacidad de trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno dinámico.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Procesar y empaquetar productos de acuerdo con los estándares de la empresa y las especificaciones del cliente.
  • Preparar productos para el envío, incluyendo etiquetado y paletizado.
  • Verificar e inspeccionar productos para asegurar calidad y precisión.
  • Mantener registros precisos de productos procesados y enviados.
  • Asistir en la gestión de inventarios y reposición de existencias.
  • Operar equipos de almacén como montacargas y transpaletas (si está certificado).
  • Mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada.
  • Seguir todos los protocolos de seguridad y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de almacén y logística para asegurar operaciones eficientes.
  • Realizar otras tareas de almacén según se asigne.

Calificaciones:

  • Título de secundaria o equivalente.
  • Experiencia previa en un rol de almacén o procesamiento es preferida.
  • Fuerte atención al detalle y precisión.
  • Buenas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad física para levantar y mover objetos pesados.
  • Familiaridad con equipos de almacén y protocolos de seguridad.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno dinámico.
  • Habilidades básicas de computación para el mantenimiento de registros y gestión de inventarios.
  • Certificación de montacargas es un plus.
