About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to provide personalized care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily needs, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Remind clients to take their medication and offer assistance with administration.
  • Monitor vital signs and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Perform light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet specific dietary requirements.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with clients and offer emotional support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a state-approved training program for Home Health Aides.
  • Valid certification as a Home Health Aide.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills.
  • Ability to safely lift and move clients using proper body mechanics.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR Certification.
