Position Summary:

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision for Signavio Products.
  • Ensure product alignment with technology, data, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement, and Finance strategies through data-informed decisions.
  • Concentrate on enhancing Signavio's role to boost process efficiency across the organization.
  • Build relationships throughout the organization to strengthen Process Management capabilities.

Main Duties:

  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders to synchronize technology with strategic objectives.
  • Leverage data insights to uncover opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Evaluate existing processes and technologies to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap and oversee product backlogs.
  • Lead the development, launch, and refinement of Signavio products.
  • Establish and track KPIs for product usage and effectiveness.
  • Encourage collaboration across various departments.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in retail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in product management, process management, or related areas.
  • Familiarity with SAP Signavio and other process management tools.
  • Knowledge of process optimization techniques such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Aptitude for navigating ambiguity and driving organizational transformation.
