As a Nursing Assistant (NA), you will collaborate with highly skilled clinicians and some of the nation's leading critical care nurses.

Your role will involve working under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing routine tasks related to patient care, bedside nursing, and documenting the care provided.

* Responsibilities include assisting patients with bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, feeding, and hair care.


  • Responding to patient calls and providing timely services that enhance the patient's physical well-being.
  • Engaging in hourly rounds.
  • Assisting in transporting patients to and from various treatment areas as needed; aiding transport staff in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of various instruments and equipment, including bedpans, urinals, and wheelchairs.
  • Keeping patient rooms clean and organized, including making beds.
  • Maintaining unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma/equivalent or relevant work experience (3+ years).
  • BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
  • Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field such as a medical assistant or as an actively enrolled nursing student. Nursing students may be considered as nurse assistants if approved by the State Practice Act.
