About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Consultant to join our team at Liberty Mutual Insurance. As a key member of our Risk Control Dedicated Occupational Health Services team, you will provide practical industry expertise, leadership, and consultative guidance to strengthen our clients' Wellness Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Service: Work with clients and employees to provide comprehensive and highly sophisticated Occupational Health consultative services, including on-site evaluations, data analysis, and service plan implementation.
- Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, innovate, influence, and inspire others to meet common goals, including mentoring and coaching, personal and career growth aspirations, and becoming a leader in your field.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a growth mindset, driving continuous improvement of work product and service delivery in a collaborative way that provides consistent innovation.
- Relationship Building: Form and sustain relationships at all levels of client organizations, becoming a trusted influencer to impact business objectives.
Requirements
- BS in Nursing, accreditation as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related consulting experience.
- Working towards, or obtained an advanced degree and/or professional certification: CCM, COHN-S.
- Proven ability to consult with, form relationships, and influence all levels of an organization.
- Successful demonstration of technical skills in areas of risk assessment, risk analysis, solutions management, and progress measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to retrieve and enter information using various proprietary software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite.
- Position requires regular travel.
