Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Municipal Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fields of roadway, stormwater, sanitary, and water main projects.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering
  • Possession of an Ohio Professional Engineering License
  • Knowledge of ODOT roadway design standards

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in roadway, stormwater, sanitary, and water main projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and drainage modeling software
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a project team
  • A valid Ohio Driver's License with a clean driving record

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and finalize municipal engineering designs
  • Collaborate with contractors and oversee project administration
  • Enhance the technical skills of less experienced engineers
  • Draft technical memos and reports
  • Provide expert guidance on engineering projects
  • Oversee the preparation of design details and calculations
