Senior Civil Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical aspects of projects meet quality expectations while complementing the design intent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as project civil engineer, ensuring technical aspects meet quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with civil engineers, site design professionals, and permitting specialists.
  • Manage projects, including producing civil engineering designs and plans.
  • Communicate with clients, sub-consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Mentor junior staff and participate in performance coaching.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of design experience as a Civil Engineer.
  • LEED AP preferred, Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
