Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Specialist to join our team at Rosendin Electric. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and administering all aspects of our corporate environmental, health, and safety (EHS) program and site-specific safety program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and administer EHS program and site-specific EHS plans
  • Conduct regular site inspections and observations, educating and coaching employees on safe work practices
  • Document findings, compile information, and create detailed reports
  • Coordinate with client/owner, project management, field supervision, and divisional/regional leadership to ensure successful implementation of EHS program/plan
  • Represent safety in meetings and participate in emergency response, incident investigation, and corrective action development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental, health, safety, or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience
  • 0-6 months with bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant experience with high school diploma or equivalent
