Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at one of our hotels. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable stay with us. This includes registering guests, handling room assignments, and providing information on hotel services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Room Assignments: Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Communication: Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of previous hotel experience, or retail customer service preferred.
  • Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills, ability to speak, read, and write fluent English, and basic mathematical skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year.
