Job Title: Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, Physiatry

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Olympia, WA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to work directly with our well-established Physiatrists, specializing in conditions of the spine through physical medicine and rehabilitation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for examining patients, administering drugs, ordering medical and diagnostic testing, diagnosing illnesses, and counseling patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Examine patients and administer drugs as prescribed by a physician
  • Order medical and diagnostic testing as necessary
  • Diagnose illnesses and develop treatment plans
  • Counsel patients and their families on health-related issues
  • Work collaboratively with our Physiatrists to provide high-quality patient care
Requirements:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of WA
  • 2-3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, with a preference for Orthopaedics and/or Physiatry experience
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
