Job Summary:

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to join our team in Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. As an ARNP, you will work directly with our well-established Orthopaedic Surgeons, specializing in conditions of the lower extremities and Sports Medicine.

Responsibilities:

Examine patients and administer drugs as needed
Order medical and diagnostic testing to diagnose illnesses
Counsel patients and their families on treatment options and care plans
Provide occasional surgical assistance or hospital rounding as required

Requirements:

Active ARNP license in the state of WA
2-3 years' of Orthopaedic experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire

Olympia Orthopaedic Associates offers a competitive salary range of $100k - $175k per year, with long-term employees eligible for up to $218k per year. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Long-term Disability Insurance, and CME coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company matching, and we offer flex spending plans, uniform allowances, and an Employee Assistance Program. PTO is accrued based on position and tenure.
