Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Community Habilitation Provider to join our team at Pelton. This role involves coordinating mental health recovery services in community settings, with positions available in Linn and Marion counties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist with mental health recovery service activities and daily living skills
  • Develop and implement mental health services plans
  • Collaborate with mental health professionals to deliver person-centered care
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Prefer one year of experience in a related role or equivalent education
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Acceptable driving history
  • Pass a background check through the State of Oregon

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $18.00-$23.00/hour, with an additional $1.00/hour for a Bachelor's degree in a related field
