Job Summary

As a key member of the sales and marketing department at Everts Air, this role plays a vital part in driving market and revenue growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting the Everts Air brand to leverage new business opportunities and retain existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding and prompt customer service.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, provide administrative support to the sales team, and assist with customer service as needed.
  3. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities by generating and following up on sales leads through outside and inside calls, as well as established media channels.
  4. Document and track all significant customer interactions and competitive information in the company's CRM system.
  5. Participate in community and trade show events, and other activities to promote Everts Air services and generate business leads.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to gain sales leads and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Everts Air offerings, processes, and changes in client services.
  7. Support and participate in an organizational culture that fosters a passion for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or sales-related roles.
  2. Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Transportation sales, logistics, or brokerage experience is preferred.
  4. Able to prepare and complete forms effectively and collate data.
  5. Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong listening skills with the ability to interpret and analyze customers' needs.
  7. A working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Outlook, and Office products, with the ability to learn the company's reservation and CRM systems.
