About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Registration Manager to join our team. As a Healthcare Registration Manager, you will be responsible for managing the registration process for our patients, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating communications with patients and healthcare providers. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless interactions with patients and staff, allowing us to deliver exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the registration process for patients, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Coordinate communications with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders as needed
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient registrations and billing
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the patient registration process

Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills, written and verbal
- Minimum of one year's experience in a healthcare environment or two years' experience in a customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills and commitment to service excellence
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills with ability to apply critical thinking
