Job Overview:

**Salary:** $18.65 - $27.98 per hour, with a typical hiring range of $18.65 - $23.32 per hour, based on your experience and skills.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Documenting patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
* Facilitating the patient rooming and intake process and obtaining accurate patient vital signs
* Performing point-of-care testing and administering medications as needed
* Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Completion of an accredited LPN program
* Current LPN license accepted by Iowa Board of Nursing
* Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers Certification
* Mandatory Reporter Certification
