  • Provide Direct Patient Care
    • Evaluate medical information and provide individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
    • Administer prescribed medications and record vital signs.
  • Manage Medical Equipment and Supplies
    • Adjust and maintain specialized medical equipment as needed.
    • Interpret and record measurements.
  • Monitor Patient Vitals and Report Adverse Reactions
    • Monitor patients' vitals and report any adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate on Discharge Planning
    • Work with the healthcare team to develop and implement discharge plans.
  • Communicate with Patients and Families
    • Answer questions and educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery care.
  • Maintain Patient Records
    • Update and maintain patient files, medical charts, and health records.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure
  • Experience in medical-surgical nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
