About the Role

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Workforce Management (WFM) space. You will work closely with our award-winning Implementation and Customer Support teams to bring customers live in industry-record time-frames.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM/WFM products and services based on their technical needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of our HCM/WFM products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users.
  • Customer Engagement: Present HCM/WFM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our seasoned Application Consultant team to assist with proposals, RFPs, and demos.
  • Results-Oriented: Consistently exceed sales quotas and meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the HCM/WFM/SaaS industry.
  • Experience: Must have 3-5 years of proven success selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions.
Travel Requirements
  • Frequency: 50-75% travel required.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
