We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Service Specialist to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience with every visit.
  • Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other essential vehicle checks.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • An eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
