Automotive Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC). As an entry-level Lube Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests' vehicles are safe and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-tier customer service while performing preventative maintenance services for vehicles.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- An eagerness to learn and grow with our company.
- A friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head.
- English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
