  5. Support branch operations and services to meet member needs effectively.
  6. Provide assistance in resolving inquiries, correcting errors, and processing payments within the computer system.
  7. Organize daily tasks to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
  8. Delegate tasks to team members to optimize workflow.
  9. Serve as a backup for all staff during absences.
  10. Manage and resolve ACH exceptions efficiently.
  11. Handle Draft exceptions with precision.
  12. Reconcile Card transactions accurately.
  13. Perform reconciliations of General Ledger accounts as directed by management.
  14. Assist regulatory examiners by providing necessary documentation and addressing their inquiries regarding the credit union.
  15. Participate in training and seminars to stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  16. Support members with online banking services, e-statements, bill payments, and more.
  17. Order debit and credit cards for members as needed.
  18. Manage cash orders for all branches of the credit union.
  19. Address debit and credit card disputes effectively.
  20. Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
  21. Provide backup support for the Call Center during member inquiries.
  22. Execute additional duties as assigned to align with the credit union's objectives.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience: A degree in Accounting or a minimum of four years of experience in financial accounting is required.

Compliance with all government regulations affecting the credit union industry, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the USA Patriot Act, is mandatory.
