Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines.
  • Facilitate proper scheduling, communication, and follow-up of service appointments.
  • Manage the service department's daily operations, including parts ordering and inventory management.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure accurate and timely completion of services.
  • Provide estimates and quotes for repairs and maintenance services.
  • Continuously maintain knowledge of automotive technology and updates from the manufacturer.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty by resolving any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the dealership.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of vehicle services and repairs.
  • Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
