Position Overview
The Client Support Specialist will manage incoming inquiries from clients, assisting with a variety of requests. This role also involves making outbound calls to confirm existing bookings and striving to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Work Schedule: 11:00am-7:30pm EST
Primary Responsibilities
- Embody the company's Core Values consistently.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing professional support.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with callers.
- Handle incoming calls to assist clients effectively.
- Conduct outbound calls as necessary.
- Act as a client advocate and work towards resolving issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns.
- Regularly monitor emails and team communications.
- Occasionally send confirmation emails upon client requests.
- Document and report any incidents as advised by callers.
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to remain composed when clients are distressed or upset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Clerical roles within a goal-oriented setting.
- Proficient in computer use, including database, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Competent typing skills and comfort with technology.
Knowledge & Experience
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service.
- Adaptable, capable of multitasking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with reservations is a plus.
Essential Competencies
The ideal candidate will exhibit effective communication skills, organizational capabilities, problem analysis, problem-solving skills, flexibility, resilience under stress, initiative, and meticulous attention to detail.
Work Environment
This role may require prolonged periods of sitting and necessitates working during holidays. Occasional overtime may be required.
